Our entire water system was destroyed from Hurricane Helene
My husband and I live in Asheville where our entire water system was destroyed from Hurricane Helene late September. A few weeks later, as we started to get water back, it was discolored, smelled, and had who-knows-what chemicals and toxins in it. I allowed it to go through my older 1 carbon cartridge whole house filter and was okay with using it for washing clothes and dishes (on high heat), but not to bath, shower or especially drink. After a few weeks of investigating cistern and well water, my contractor and his water filtration friend recommended the renwater system. I ordered the system, and after my plumber spent 5 hrs dismantling old system and getting new one in, he discovered a tiny leak and traced it to a small fracture in the house atop the cartridges. Within minutes of calling the company, they had a new part on its way to me the next day with tremendous follow up and care. Sort of like the good old days when actually companies stood behind their products and gave real customer support! My plumber finished installation yesterday when part arrived, and I was comfortable enough with the filtering capacity of this system to take a real shower at home last night. Joe at RenWater was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend this company, top-notch!

Great product that met our
Great product that met our needs. Upgraded the system with the UV and we occasionally get boil water warnings. We can definitely tell the difference in the water quality and taste.

Easy to install and does the job.premuim water testing showed chloramine in high levels before install, 0 after.

Had a plumber install system.
I got a plumber to set up the system, and the company very familiar with the installation. I'm hoping for water that's clear and clean, and the plumber did a really good and tidy job. We'll see how it goes over time.

Whole house filtration system.
My wife originally asked for a showerhead filter. Instead, I put in the whole house filter and she loves it! Better for hair and skin and it works with the tub as well as the shower. I did the installation myself, and all went well.

Best filter system
The entire system got cleaner within days. Toilet tanks used to be rusty and are sparkling clean. Dishwasher washes better. All the appliances work better

Only been operational for about one week. The filtered water definitely taste better. Not sure about the softener aspects yet but it has improved the overall quality of the water
