When I ordered my hammered Copper Hood, I was told it would take 6-8 weeks. It arrived earlier and it was gorgeous! It was wrapped in a white soft- silky fabric and even came with gloves to install it! Absolutely the best experience! I highly recommend this company. I absolutely LOVE the copper hood. It is beautiful copper and really makes my kitchen perfect. The hood is not the reason I rated it a 3/5. I HATE the fan! It is the noisiest most obnoxious fan EVER!!! I'm not sure why the copper hood which is so amazing. . . would have such an inferior fan. I asked the installer to check it several times and he said that the noise is normal. I totally disagree. I WOULD NOT buy this copper hood. While it is absolutely gorgeous and you will get compliments. . . it is noisy and annoying!
