I purchased the heirloom cotton brown joggers and they are much thinner than expected. They also do not have the darker brown cuffs at the bottom. Basically they are thin, uniformly tan pajamas (a bit too “revealing” to wear outside). The material still feels nice, and they’re fine as private loungewear, but for $120 they need to deliver way more.

Delivery time o. k. . product, terrible. 2 wearing and a hole has started in the toe seam. DO NOT BUY THESE SOCKS.

No merch and no updates either.

I received three pairs of socks. One of which had a hole in it upon arrival. I tried to contact customer service but have not heard back from them. It's been two weeks so far. I do like the socks though. Customer service was just not what I expected.

I haven't decided yet. I returned items over 2-weeks ago and have yet been credited to my debit card.

I contacted customer service regarding a quality control issue with a pair of socks. There were loose threads at the ankle which caught on my toenail and then unraveled the first time I put them on. I returned the socks and have not received a replacement pair or any communication from customer service. I paid for 3 pair of socks - but only have two. Please follow up and replace my socks.

I am still waiting 9 days since the package left Honolulu for delivery to my PO box in Ocean View. Never seen it take this long, fear the package is lost, although the post office tracking shows it is in transit.

Only complaint is that one of my socks came with a small hole (the threads are already coming undone). That pair probably won’t last long. Otherwise, everything seems high quality (small socks, medium socks, & women’s shorts). Extremely comfortable and so aesthetically pleasing.

Organic AND made in america AND american grown cotton. Been looking for socks like this for years.
