I ordered one dress, and it was delivered after 2 week. The product martial is very bad, there is no return service on their website. Called the customer service number and he rejected my call. Do not buy any product from this website.

If you buy a dress and don't like it, it cannot be returned, you'll be stuck with the dress. One day delivery would take 2-3 days to main cities. You'd expect that item would come directly from a warehouse situated in the listed main cities, but no, it comes from some village and that's a race with time which you'd mostly lose, cause they rely on 3rd party courier services. And then the dress is not worthy of the price they charge and you're stuck with it.

Product quality is very bad

Before placing the order, i communicated with customer service through whatsapp. They said will be delivered in 2 days and I too paid 150 extra fee. I placed ordered Yesterday 11am on 8th Nov, now the time is 11:30AM on 9th Nov. So far order is not dispatched. When i asked them to cancel it, no update so far. very bad servcie

I made order for one swimming set and ane fancey dreas for girls and paid RS 3097 by visa card . payment creidted with you on 28.08.2022 so far no reply or confirmation please confirm delivery as per your offer . or refound immediatly .

Material is very good and also the props are of good quality.
