Was trying to see if there was a fed ex tracking number for my order (as it has not arrived) and couldn't remember my sign on. After 3 attempts, you are locked out of site COMPLETELY! You cannot even see your purchase information. There should at least be information available on how to contact when you are "locked out". Very poor set up, and three strike rule is a bit extreme for us that don't use this retail enough to memorize accounts and passwords (some of us have to try a few times to remember).

Quick, professional, just what we like when ordering. Have already told gardening friends about your website, as they all have problems with plant predation.
