So I was looking for that specific coffee that I had received from a friend that had came back from Colombia; after some research, I found this website/company that had the excat same coffee listed, so I went ahead and placed the order for it. The shipping was very quick and the coffee came secured without any issue or leaks. I tried the coffee, and it tasted excatly like the one my friend brought me from Colombia. I am very impressed with the product

It took some time to receive my order even though I requested faster shipping; however, upon contacting customer service they readily explained the delay as due to the coffee being shipped directly by suppliers of origen (coffee growers/processors) in Colombia. My coffee arrived soon after that. Quality is great. I think they could make it very explicit upfront during the purchase process to set the customer expectations right; otherwise, service was timely and excellent.

Reaaaally good coffee. I didn't like instant coffee, but I prefer it now than the brewing one.
