Great customer service when my first order was delayed. I got a personal response. They offered me a full refund and still shipped my order. Once I tried the product I was hooked! I’ve ordered twice since then and my orders arrived right on time.

My first order of Gatsby Chocolate was delayed due to warehouse back up issues. I commented on FB and Gatsby immediately got in touch with me, refunded my full payment AND still sent the product. I loved it so much I reordered for myself and sent an order to my son in law. I’m hooked and getting ready to place another order.
