Amazing customer service!! He sent several emails following up on the purchase asking how satisfied I was. The product was wonderful but didn't meet my personal needs so I ultimately returned it. He then offered to let me keep the item with a full refund just for trying it! I will purposely look to buy something from this company in the future! If only other online companies were this awesome!
