There are a lot of moving parts to this business from picking out carpet and tile, measuring to see what was needed, preparing the estimate, scheduling the time of installation, and the follow up visit by Matt to see that everything was done to his high expectations. In every regard our experience was delightful. Professional happy people that were a pleasure to be around and who worked to see that we were satisfied customers. We will use Capell's Carpets again and recommend them to our friends and family. A great local community business with whom we are very satisfied!! Matt and his staff are good people.

Moving to a new state is very exciting, but can be a big disadvantage when needing products and services in an unfamiliar area. Of course you have the "big box" stores that are across the country if you need standard items, but what if you need lawn care, pest control, doctors, dentists, or in our case a carpet store, where do you look? Word of mouth from folks who have lived in the area can help with many of these decisions, and a lucky shot in the dark may turn out exceptionally well too. One of the best finds we just had is Capell Flooring. Needing an odd shaped carpet to be placed under a dining table, we located the Capell address online (a shot in the dark). Although the location can be difficult to find, once there we were greeted warmly and given great customer service. After deciding on what carpet to use and providing a template, it took very little time for a fantastic product to be made. The price was surprisingly reasonable, especially compared to ready made items at the big box stores or quotes from other flooring stores, and when we picked up the carpet, we were treated to a goodie bag with a Redbox movie coupon, popcorn, candy, oh, and some carpet spot cleaner. The little things that make a business stand out and are so important. Please consider this as a recommendation for Capell Flooring. The customer service, product, and pricing are second to none as far as we are concerned.

Capell did a very professional job installing my two new bathroom floors. One was a replacement of an old-style vinyl floor, and the other was a replacement of bathroom carpeting. They rebuilt the subfloor beneath the carpet and continued the tile into the stool room. The available selection of tile in their clean and well organized showroom enabled me to find a relatively non-skid tile that will certainly be safer than the old slippery stuff, and really looks great. I intend to have Capell replace my kitchen and laundry floors soon. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
