These moats work FANTASTIC!
These moats work FANTASTIC! I don't know why some other reviewers used water-the directions call for OIL! As soon as I installed them on my two feeders the ants stopped completely! It was like magic-once they couldn't cross from the hanging pole to the feeder because of the ant moat, they simply stopped climbing the pole to even try. I HIGHLY recommend this product. They are AWESOME

No complaints whatsoever. Items (3) arrived onetime, in good condition, and ready to fill and hang.
No complaints whatsoever. Items (3) arrived onetime, in good condition, and ready to fill and hang. This feeder design is 98% +/- squirrel proof. I have yet to find any that are 100%. Maybe the electrical (shock) ones are 100%, but they cost much more and will require batteries and/or maintenance. The good thing about this design is no maintenance other than periodic cleaning

Beautiful item. Smaller than expected but if it works, then great. i haven't tried it out yet, but i am sure it will look nice and not overwhelm the feeder. If the oil doesn't work, then i plan to paste some tanglefoot in the bowl, turn upside down and use it that way, so i believe it will do the job.
