This was my first time using Floor Decor and I had a good experience with them. I had hired them to take out the old floors of my house and replace them with a newer model that would require less upkeep. The workers were very amicable and friendly while they worked, they got here on time and worked hard through the day to get the job done. The price for what we had done was the best around we were able to find, and the value for the work done was fantastic. Overall I had a good experience working with Floor Decor, I would definitely use them again if needed, and would gladly recommend their services to anyone else in need of floor work.

Mike has done several jobs for me over the years. He is professional and knowledgeable. The workers are prompt, polite, and neat. the workmanship is always top-notch. There is no need to 'comparison shop', when you know that Mike gives you a high quality job for a good price. Floor Decor is the call to make!

Floor Decor sells fine quality products. We bought a 9x12 area rug and we got carpet in the hallway and on the stairs, both downstairs and upstairs. I got it put in a few weeks ago. They also installed the carpeting for me, and it went excellently. The guys that came out were very professional, I have to say that. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and they even vacuumed everything when they were done. I have no complaints whatsoever and we are very pleased with Floor Decor.

I've had a lot of work done by Floor Decor over the years and everything has been awesome. They've done my carpeting, tile and I just had a complete bathroom remodel. Janine from Floor Decor was the person who scheduled it all and was really on top of things when the quartz guy was running late. It wasn't even a big deal but she handled it well and called him to make sure to get to the appointment as soon as possible so we weren't waiting around forever. The bathroom remodel took about six weeks which wasn't Floor Decor's fault because the shower door and other parts that arrived late were on the contractors end. I was really happy with the remodel and our bathroom looks beautiful! I really love the quartz counter tops and Janine was excellent, I highly recommend Floor Decor if you're looking for any type of remodeling project because they're great to work with and the results exceeded my expectations.

When the American legion, Post 12 in Norwalk needed to replace our old and heavily abused carpet in our banquet hall we searched out several bids. Mike Phoenix of Floor Decor came through for us on many levels. He met with us at the Legion on at least 4 occasions, walked us through the process, understood our budget constraints and helped us choose the proper carpet, at the best available price, for our hall. His attention to us, as his customers was extraordinary and sincere. At no time did we, as a group, feel that Mike was anything but truly concerned and attentive to our needs. No pressure from Mike, and no hardball sales attempts. A true pleasure working with Mike and with his well trained and very capable installation crew.

Although the truck broke down and they could not make it on the original date, they were very timely on the alternate date. As I stated above, they were all gentlemen, very efficient and they left my house cleaner than when they came in. I was very impressed with their workmanship. They were thorough and detailed.

Floor Decor installed rugs in three rooms and refinished hardwood floors in two rooms. It was done when they said it was going to be done, and it was done how we wanted it. Their prices were very good, and as a first-time customer, I would go back to them again. Mike, the owner, did all the work with the subcontractors, which were excellent. They came in and did their job with very little noise or disruption considering what they had to do. They were polite and quiet.

Floor Decor did a wonderful job on our carpeting. We had entire 2nd floor done (4 bedrooms and hallway) plus a runner on our stairs. We had to have this project done in 3 phases and Michael was very accomodating and communication was excellent. The crew were efficient, organized and neat. We are ver happy with the service and results and are enjoying our new carpets. We would definitely use Floor Decor for future projects and highly recommend!

I worked with Mike for both picking out the hardwood floors and the tile for the my fireplace. And he had great input and insight with design assistance. And when the flooring shipment came in from the flooring company, there were a few mishaps, and Mike, himself, immediately looked into it and took care of it. He resolved everything very quickly. It was very easy and very straightforward. It's everything you want from a customer service standpoint. There were no worries and no issues. The simple thing is while I've used them for that, Floor Decor will be my first stop for any future renovation that I will be doing.

I went to Floor Decor to purchase tile for a contractor to install in the back hall and bathroom. I liked them very much! They were honest with me about what I needed, and gave me some good advice. I was going to get hardwood floors put in, and they recommended against it because it would not match the hardwood floor I already have. Plus, in the laundry room, detergent or bleach spills could harm a wood floor. I appreciated their input. Not only that, but what I bought was on sale! I'll be going back for more materials: I'll be redoing the tile in my kitchen, and they have the round pieces I need for a smooth edge.
