Ordered the extrusion sample pack for an upcoming project. Arrived fast + in great condition and I'm really impressed with how much care went into a free product. I was expecting offcuts thrown loosely into a box, but the custom designed insert was a nice touch. Definitely ordering from here in the future.

However SO Much has been learnt along the way. Recent issues going from GRBL to UCCNC system of controller was complicated by a faulty Controller and having some difficulty with Tech assistance Being that main Point was being missed with Ethernet connection, THIS issue was however backed up by them diligently. Store OK, Delivery using Couriers Please a SEVERE LETDOWN. goods left on the16th Now the 22nd and still waiting. Tracking always "in transit". Got an email for couriers on 20th asking for feedback when I had never got the goods. We Live just out of Brisbane tracking finally showed some details statinggoods have been in Brisbane since Monday 20 8.24AM item transferred to regional agent. Now Wednesday Afternoon and STILL WAITING........ Other times we have received goods from Perth overnight, we are never in a great hurry, but this is far from good enough compared to other couriers. So please Maker Store use better couriers.

Recently purchased a C-Beam™ 250 Actuator Kit could not get the guide wheels bolts to tighten without locking up the wheels have had to change to a different plate and wheel setup

I have just received my my first order through makerstore and i have to say. I received exactly what I ordered all together. Now this is sadly a hit and miss when you order online these days. So I was super pleased that what I ordered is what I received. But what impressed me the most was the packaging of my items. I oreder several lengths of v slot and the way it was beautifuly wrapped with bubble wrap and soft packaging foam, it looked as if the upmost care was taken so that my package would survive through transport.
