My friend referred Norukutheeni.com to me. I was planning to order chocolates for my friend's bday. I called them week in advance to know how many days it takes for delivery so that i does not delayed. They said they will deliver in 24 hours if you place the order before 3 PM. Else it will be processed next day, from there it takes 24 hrs. So I waited for a week and ordered 2 days before bday. After ordering I have also called them next day to make sure my order is picked up. They said my order is shipped and it will reach before 6 PM on the same day. But it reached after 6 days only. In between I have sent email explaining I was unhappy with their service. No reply. The don't provide proper tracking details in their website. It will always say "processing". My order is delivered after 6 days. Still now it says "processing". Worst ever service. I don't suggest this service to anyone

Its price in Tamil Nadu is 80 bucks for 1kg Y do u charge so much?

Product originality and quality are good. But delivery is very slow. I ordered the product on Thursday but got it on Monday. This may be a fault of a courier company. But you should rely on some reliable and swift courier service instead of the slow courier service in-order to maintain a good customer satisfaction. Apart from the above you are giving very good service and products.

We know the best stores in Tirunelveli and Srivilliputhur - making best Halwa and Palkova in town. Please procure from the best shop. That is the whole point of this business model I guess.
