Hi I purchased this comforter set for my son for his b'day and he only just received it on thurs the 5th August after almost 4wks and a stuff up with the delivery and I had to chase it up so wasn't impressed with that. Also he has just told me he is quite disappointed with the comforter set as it is very flat, he thought it would have been a lot thicker and fluffy and warm as it appeared in the photo. I myself thought the same it looked really thick in the photo and for that price I am really disappointed as well. Coming from a man saying he was disappointed to me is saying something, as he is not one to really worry about that sort of thing. So in saying all of this as a b'day gift to him from me I am not happy about it as well. I am undecided as to whether I will purchase from Elanlinen again. Again very disappointed. Janet Kehlet

Comfortable and soft material, wonderful for winter

I love them I have been looking for one in my son and my daughter room but they either over priced or not available they soft think and faded I love them and the kids love them too supper fast delivery and great packing

Delay in delivery which was a little frustrating but the goods are amazing! Wonderful quality! Love the item! Friendly customer service

After 2 months, order received. Not notified that products were NOT in stock at time of ordering ( and paying) so had to contact customer service in several attempts to get status of order. Not a good business practice to list products as being in stock when they are not actually available. Products were as described but quality average.
