Sadly (!) I didn't get to taste the fabulous marshmallows as they were a gift, but the service was second to none & they arrived to a delighted marshmallow connoisseur!! Will be ordering soon for Xmas!! Yum yum & thanks again

I ordered the 6 month subscription 'the Lenticular membership' as a birthday gift. Communication from Murphy, the Chief Marshmallier, has been excellent, friendly and personal - unlike the impersonal form letters from big companies which I hate so much. The first instalment arrived in good time for my brother's birthday exactly as promised, and the message I got back is that the marshmallows are fabulously light textured with amazingly intense flavour. I ordered a selection of flavoured marshmallows for my birthday celebration and they were deliious. I had the salted caramel, pistachio and mint choc. My guests were thrilled with how lovely they looked and the personal message was really nice. The ordering and delivery were really easy, with many helpful texts and emails! I would definitely recommend Cloud Nine Marshmallows, exceptional service!!

I was delighted with the service I received and the quality of the products. I ordered the raspberry and peanut butter marshmallows as wedding favours- I was consulted on every detail and the marshmallows arrived on the date said in delicious/perfect condition. as someone who doesn't normally like marshmallows I had to give these a try. They were delicious. Tasted very gourmet!! Not at all cloggy like a standard marshmallow. Very rich in flavour, very light and melted in the mouth. Give them a try!

Bought to use as named place settings for a recent party. The tags were personalised, which made them look so professional and the marshmallows tasted great too!! A fab service from Cloud Nine & would definitely recommend.

I was so impressed by the service i received from Cloud Nine in making up and delivering 150 personalized marshmallow bags for my wedding in mid September. Stress levels were already quite high in the days preceding the big day, and when a last minute hitch with the delivery of the bags (delivery man's fault not cloud nine), these suddenly increased. Cloud Nine could not have acted more professionally and offered better customer service than they did - straight on the phone to the delivery firm to iron out the issue. And when the guests tasted the marshmallows? Well the response was unanimous, what fab treats they were! They were hoovered up by everyone, with everyone exclaiming that they were nothing like marshmallows they had ever tasted before! They looked great on the tables as well! Many thanks Cloud Nine!
