First off, went to live chat and was immediately greeted by Eydie. She was ready to answer all my questions. My concern was time, the custom sign I had made is for a Xmas gift. She assured me that it would be made and shipped that day. All I can say is WOW!! I received the finished sign from Fl to Ca in 2 days total. The sign was even more impressive in person. I also didn't realize that it was going to be as thick and high quality as it was until I received it, very impressive. The colors are bright & vivid also.
