Mark is an excellent instructor. His manner is calm and patient, his instructions clear and concise. My daughter suffers anxiety attacks and one happened just before her first lesson. Mark was very understanding and took the time to reassure her and make her feel comfortable in his company and with the vehicle. Thank you Mark, my son passed his VORT first try! The booking system is very easy to use with automatic reminders etc we never had any troubles. I was very pleased with how thoroughly you taught my son, and I was confident that he learned a lot more than I could teach! In fact my son started to teach me some tips! We booked a cluster of lessons since my son had already done most of his 75 hours of driving, so that the learning could be continuous and completed in a timely manner. I recommend Mark to anyone wanting to get their license and learn how to drive safely.

After being on my learners for over 2 years having had no lessons and no confidence, I was originally shocked when Mark said I should do my VORT to get my license. With him I gained confidence in my driving abilities as I developed skills like the manoeuvres and awareness and decision making. He predicted when I would be ready to go for the test and when the day came I felt very little amount of nerves because I was well equipped and knew everything I needed to. Mark was quite opposite to what I expected a driving instructor to be; he was always patient, explained things with great detail in diagrams and always had a calm demeanour that put me at ease. I had been driving around on my Ls for 6 years prior to my lessons with Mark and had been with other instructors but none of them made me feel as comfortable as he did. Mark has a great personality and is very easy to get along with and has made me confident and safe driver.
