When I received my order I had problems with it. The product in the syringe leaked and made it unusable, I sent several emails about this and no one from your company has ever responded.

Honestly I think you guys are great. Happy you asked me for feedback. Noticed your site has been down this week because I needed to make a purchase. Made my first purchase two months ago -- after endless research on your company background. Noticed your UK site was down after a customer complaint. There are just as many complaints for FDA approved fillers (% wise). Maybe more loyal customers like myself need to be more outspoken to defend your efforts. Thanks for the quick delivery, amazing customer support (had a wrong address issue), great hour-by-hour tracking, well packaged product, and the filler was as expected. Dissatisfied customers should not confuse between product quality and poor injection procedures (resulting in bumps and discoloration).

The site to Order the product was perfect order friendly. I received my product exactly as pmma advertised. I used the entire two syringes within the next day it was a bit scary having only used Juvederm and not knowing the juveni product. In comparison ... The juveni stings a little more. Important advice Message the Junevi for placement. Because if you don't it leave a knot Under your skin for several days but does disappear. I am very happy with the product And will continue to use the product. I have found reordering Isn't as easy and order friendly as it Was the initial time. I placed an order and it was confirmed but that's as far as I have gotten even after numerous email from myself and no reply from PMMA. I will continue to order in the meantime check put alternative sites in case PMMA doesn't get back with me.

Filler is hard and lumpy and to find out what is suppose to be a reversible filler, isn't reversible. It was not worth the headache I now need to go true to hopefully get rid of it. I've spent over a week now at home because my face swelled and bruised so bad. I only left to get shots of Hyaluronidase to reverse it only to find out it was pointless!! Never again

Swelling, then it moved from the sides of my face to under my eyes. Cannot get it out. I see no positive use for this poison. It left me looking deformed. This product should be outlawed!!!!

The products are good. Unfortunately it can be somewhat confusing to navigate there website. They have a point system that leads the costumer to beleave that repeat purchases will be rewarded with an additional discount. When I attempted to redeem these points Enzo the customer service rep informed me that this is incorrect and that these points can't be redeemed. They are just a way to track costomer purchases. What? If you are going to have loyalty points they should be usable. Otherwise it feels shady. The other thing that feels a bit shady is the product discriptions. They seem to be cut and past and not specific to the product that I'm looking at. If I'm looking at PMMA I don't want to read about PMMA 3Dz. It's confusing and lowers customer confidence in the website. The other issue is the moble site. It has product links that lead to error pages. One imparticular has been there for months. Again lowers customer confidence. I hope this is seen as constructive feedback and not bitching because I do like PMMA.com and the Juveni product line.

Please tell me what purchase was made?

I do not know whether it can be approved by FDA or not. I need information in detail. If it is approved by FDA, I will buy it. Thanks!
