Rotator Rod
I purchased a rotator rod in December of 2018. I later learned that RR was coming out with chrome ball ends, so I asked if I could purchase/get a pair. RR sent me a set of chrome end caps on their dime (Feb 2019) and asked if I needed anything else, instructions, help, etc. I told her I'd send her some pics once I installed the new chrome end caps but life happens and I forgot, so its now March 2020 and I'm keeping my word (only a year late, sorry RR). They are great to work with. And really, the rotator rod is great, its better than pound cake. Thank you for your ingenuity and outstanding customer service.

I have not purchased this, (yet) but I had a very lengthy conversation with Colleen! I have sent pics and demensions to her! Very informative, very polite and honest feedback! I can’t wait to see if it all works out, so just out of customer service I will definitely be purchasing if dimensions are correct! Best way to start is with excellent CS! So looking forward to hearing back!

I ordered and installed a Rotator Rod last week...just in time for out-of-town family staying at our home and I'm extremely pleased! It was easy to install, the extra space gained was amazing, and i love the look! My brother is very tall and he really appreciated the extra space it gave him in a small bathroom.

We remodeled our tiny 5×8 bathroom 6 mos ago. I researched every item that was installed and your rotator (shower) rod really works beautifully. It looks great and adds a lot of space to room when turned into the tub. We put in a soaker tub next to a simple toto pedestal sink and a 1.28 gpf toilet. We used all chrome fixtures including your shower rod with white rotator fixture at each end. The mechanism works smoothly and is quite sturdy. We use a fairly heavy shower curtain and the rod holds it up beautifully both ways. It’s a very clever idea for adding room to the bathtub (or shower) when turned out and also to the bathroom when turned in. Thanks for helping us solve some space problems concerning our home. My wife and I highly recommend your product without reservation .
