I have tried to cancel the payments for this got no chance. The paramedics I know will not scan them because of viruses I brought because of being disabled no good to me at all

If you subscribe to this service, you will NEVER be able to cancel it. I have been trying to cancel my account for 2 years now. Both emails and contact us queries go unanswered. I genuinely wonder if this is some form of scam.

I ordered a pet tag. It arrived so I followed the process to set up a profile. The website won't let me log in and gives this message "This account is not confirmed. Click here to resend confirmation email". If I click on the link I don't get a message; it's not in my junk folder and my service provider does no filtering. I've tried this many times and waited days. I've emailed them - no response (having tried several times and waited weeks). The phone number doesn't work either. So I've paid for a totally useless bit of plastic!

I bought a card. Nothing has been received, never even got a confirmation email. Spent the money with no return. No contact email and a premium phone number with nobody on the end of it.

Been trying to cancel my subscription for two years! I follow the procedure as advised on the website and never hear anything back. I’ve complained repeatedly and although I get sympathetic messages back still nothing is happening. Am beyond frustrated.

I only visit when I need to update my device (2019 last time) and every time after login I find it difficult to edit my profile. All I want to do is login press edit, save and log out.

It concerns me that there has been no recent social activity from the company since 2019/20 and I have been trying contact then via their online form and facebook messenger. There is never a response and |I would like one

Bought two of the smart watch strap attachment. The QRcode tag kept falling out of it’s holder and then the rubber holder (very flimsy) broke. My previous emails have been ignored.

Son has a wristband and lives alone. Following seizures requiring an ambulance, the paramedics commented that the Tap2Tag QR code was brilliant and gave them all the information they required to deal with the emergency. Although he has visited hospital before, on this occasion, he was unconscious and the band was easily accessed by the emergency services using their smartphone. Thanks for peace of mind!

Have received my Tap2Tag thanks to my local surgery very Happy with my Band , took a while to set it all up but that is due to putting so much details on it the Traffic light set is Briliant will definately be recommending to my friends at Age Concern , keep forgetting it is not a watch

Got my wrist band today very light seems fairly sturdy did have a problem with set up the profile but got there in the end although I also have medical alert bands they do not make my medical history available like this does so well done . Think it could be better well known as I had not heard of this til my wife heard soewhere about it , I will be recommending it to my friends at Age Connected to be sure

I left a review of 2 * yesterday not because of the device but because of the difficulty I had updating my husbands profile. I emailed customer services and got a prompt reply back so thank you. It had been a while since I had found it necessary to update his medical history and was having difficulty and getting quite frustrated as I could see no way to do it. As I say it had been a while since I used the site. I would say to anyone else having this problem find the profile and then click on the 3 little dots to the right hand side which will take you into the profile you want to update. I am quite computer savvy for an OAP but did not think of the little dots and its not really obvious! I did find it a bit slow to delete and insert new information you do need patience! The only other thing I think is worth mentioning is that when we go to our GP, or indeed the hospital, they have no idea how to access the information and I have to show them how via my own mobile. Most of them have never come across this valuable device.

I would have put a recommendation/review on Argos website had I been given the opportunity. Bought this item for my husband to give me peace of mind when he goes out alone and without his phone as he occasionally suffers from sudden loss of consciousness. The wristband is easy to wear and does not look bulky or out of place, it is smaller than most watches and does not need to be removed as it is waterproof and there is no exposed metal so little risk of irritation/scratching. Chris Ford the Managing Director was very quick in responding to my email, he called me by phone to offer the support and assistance I required to get the account set up, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now fully set up and having tested it and seen how it works all I can say is what a fantastic devise. Having worked in the Health & Social Care Sector for over 37 years, I can see so much potential in this product and would recommend it to anyone who has illness or a health condition. If I had family member with dementia/Alzheimer's who lived alone, have failing/poor memory or are at risk of wandering outside. I would definitely buy a wrist band for them, as it would help if there is a medical emergency and could aid in identification if they become lost.

Bought a Purple wristband ( note that the purple is more of a pinky purple than you may be expecting) and also a keyfob. I cannot reccommend this company, the concept and customer care enough. I bought one for my daughter who has epilepsy, I have one for my complex medical problems including Addissons. Yes creating the profile takes a good few minutes to set up but is well worth the effort. All the time these devices are subscription free I will be shouting about them from the rooftops, telling all my support group members, medical staff etc. Go for it!

Easy to wear easy to set up but needs longer time to input complex medical Imformation but wear this instead of dog tags and silicon bands 24/7 forget I'm wearing it at times
