I bought an Omega watch from Dealer Clocks. The ordering process went smoothly and the watch was received as expected. After 2 weeks of normal use, the pearl fell out of the bezel. I understand these are replica watches and I never expected the watch to compare with my genuine Omega but a $400 watch shouldn't fall apart after 2 weeks. I contacted Dealer Clocks and was told a replacement bezel would be ordered but I would be responsible for 50% of the price. 2 months on, I still haven't received the replacement part and I've been refused any return, refund or replacement option. Excuse after excuse. I've now given up; overall, very disappointing experience. I certainly wouldn't recommend Dealer Clocks for quality of products or for customer service.

I purchased a watch in November and it arrived in early December. The watch was beautiful and we were amazed at how much it looked like the real thing. Unfortunately, 2 months later the watch stopped working. I took it to multiple watch repair shops and they said they cannot order the replacement parts and have no way of repairing the watch. I have sent multiple emails requesting information, whether it be where to get the parts, exchange....something.....ANYTHING!!!. I paid a lot of money for a watch that stopped working. Needless to say, I am VERY unsatisfied and do not recommend purchasing from this company

I ordered an Aquanaut three weeks ago - I thought that for £370.00 it was worth a punt as I've been after the genuine thing for years - just not at £30k plus for used with paperwork, which is what the very cheapest are commanding now... I have genuine Rolex, GP, Cartier, Bremont, Omega and more, but the Aquanaut is just the one I want (I'll still buy genuine if I can get one at the right price, but in the meantime....) anyway, it arrived today - fabulous!! First thing you notice - it's the 'right' rubber on the strap - soft and supple as opposed to stiff and plastic-y... next off - it has the weight and all of the correct details - all executed really well! The clasp is a little stiff and the calatrava logo is etched so you can feel the roughness of the (presumably) chemical etching. The movement's Miyota (although modified) but hey, Miyota is a properly decent movement, so I'd expect it to keep good time and last for decades if well looked after... I've now ordered a 'replica' VC Overseas for £330.00 - i fully expect to receive another beauty, (and given the fact that I'm not shelling out thousands for these watches, I'm about to order a genuine Apollo 50th anniversary Speedmaster - who doesn't love a Snoopy watch!!)

The delivery time was about one month. I think it is a very early delivery date considering the impact of COVID-19.
