I've been a machinist for over 20 years and can really appreciate the level of thought and detail that had to have gone into the design and manufacture of this thing. There are multiple little details I noticed while I was putting it together an mounting that made me stop an say, "clever, nicely done" Customer service is obviously a 10 out of 5, when is the last time you bought something and they send you the cell number of the head honcho to call or text with any questions? Only thing not included is a picture or artwork to put in the picture frame obviously (if you print a photo off like I did you'll need to have it mounted to 1/4 inch foam board. I got it done for less than $20 at hobby lobby, probably a longer power cord for your TV (easily sourced on Amazon). And a recessed outlet to run the power to in the wall. I used a Powerbridge (also sourced on Amazon). It's obviously expensive compared to your typical Walmart TV mount but it pulls off one hell of a magic trick that no other mount out there does. If you value that clean hidden when not in use ability. You won't regret the purchase.

Great product using quality materials. I was even impressed with the level of detail that went into making the product work with multiple sizes of TVs. Very happy. Lastly, it was easier to install than I was anticipating.

Order and then be patient because it does take a little time to arrive. We love it and it’s worth the cost and the wait. There was mild confusion with the instructions but we worked through it. The unit itself is perfect and we love it. We chose to find our own picture so that took a little time but once finished we were not disappointed. I would and in fact have recommended this product to others…great product…

I've been aware of the M1 wall mount for years but never had a house and set-up that supported it. Finally pulled the trigger a few months ago and bought the non-mechanical version. There was a delay of ~ 2 months to ship but it was well worth the wait (and well worth the weight-- heavy!). We decided to tackle installation as a DYI project and it was slightly daunting. I would rate it 3/5 in difficulty and you need to be experienced with stud-finding, dry wall work and wire-tunneling to do it yourself. Took about 2 hours with 2 people (and a lot of planning). The build is very sturdy and well worth the price. I put in a 42 inch LG C2 OLED and set-up is perfect. We previously had a short throw projector to the ceiling but this TV blows it out of the water. No imbalance, wobbling and I feel safe sleeping under it. Pros: - Superior build quality - Mount to wall and TV to mount appearance and feel are very stable. You should not have any fears of it falling if installed correct to studs - Perfect angle and visualization of 42 inch TV Cons: - Took ~2 months to ship due to supply chain issues - Instruction manual is rather verbose. I recommend looking at HVTV's short Youtube video about installation - Need some basic understanding of dry walls, stud finding, wire tunneling if you were to install it yourself. Otherwise, hire someone Overall, an excellent buy. We are waiting on the customized picture to be sent from HGTV as well.

Excellent Product, Excellent Service!

Wow, this is such a great design. It looks great, is easy to use, and it is so nice not having the TV blasting loud at night as we can keep the volume at a reasonable level. Was worried it would feel claustrophobic but it doesn't at all.

Mark and his team have been wonderful to work with. Responsive, timely and patient with my installer as we learned together all that was needed to make this a successful installation. Video of the finished project was provided to Mark and I will work to upload shortly, as well.

This product is amazing. It was easy to install and everything I expected. The customer service could not have been better. Thank you for changing my life as a tetraplegic. Going to bed earlier than desired is now a pleasure!
