I placed an order 19 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed last week, letting them know i needed it for Saturday and they said it would be shipped by the end of the week and I would receive an email with tracking. It is now Wednesday afternoon of the following week- no tracking, and no one has responded to my email asking for another update yesterday. Terrible service, my sorority will no longer use this site.
