Excess shipping charges, in my opinion. . . . . . . . . .
With multiple orders of multiple QUARTS over the years, you should appreciate my repeat business enough to ship my orders at no cost to me. You create specials, that I order under, then you tack the charges back on in shipping !!! Not right. . . . . . . . . . . .
