Royal Mail had a pretty solid hiccup where my shoes got stuck in Ireland for 10 days after coming from Florida.but I contacted someone from the company and he was quick to respond and help me solve this really weird issue. He was right on it and kept me updated the whole time. They were also kind enough to refund my delivery cost.
