I would give 5 stars but the products are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE EXPENSIVE when ZO knows they don’t really have to charge as much as they do.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I recently bought this Growth Factor serum, but shortly after, I found out that a new version had been released — and the original product is no longer even available online. There was no clear communication or indication that a new version was about to launch. As a customer, I feel misled purchasing a product that was essentially being phased out without notice. When investing in skincare at this level, transparency matters. Customers should be informed about upcoming changes or product updates, especially when a newer version is immediately replacing what was just purchased. This experience feels unfair and undermines trust in the brand.

Overall these products are very expensive and did not agree with my skin.
