I had purchased my Zenspace desk back in April 2020. Unfortunately the unit had an error on the screen. I had emailed the team for support on how to fix the issue during the Christmas period without an expectation that I would receive a response until after the New Year. Brigitte had promptly assisted me with thorough instructions to fix my issue immediately (even though the office was closed). AMAZING! A little effort goes a long way, thank you again Brigitte and the team. I will be buying another desk in the future!

We encountered E08 error, left a voicemail for Zen team to call back. We were amazed to hear back within 15 minutes. Brigett assisted us over the phone and helped us resolve the issue in 2 minutes. Brigett was clear and professional with her instructions, and with her product knowledge has provided superior customer services that is rare nowadays. I've liaised with Brigett in 2020 with Covid19 delivery delays and a desktop damaged in transit, she has always been supportive and responsive until the matter is fully resolved. I'm not a fan of online purchases due to sloppy after sales services, but with Zen Space Desk I would recommend their products and services without hesitation. A big thank you to Brigett and the Zen team for putting customers at the heart of their business practices, your efforts is positively noted.

i had a little trouble with the freight companies I was getting delivery through as I live in a pretty far away regional town but as soon as i sent off an email I was met with a response and within half an hour of chatting back and forth processes were already in motion to assist me with my issues. couldn't ask for better honestly these guys are what other companies should look to be

My wife and I purchased two rubberwood desks amongst other accessories. Whilst there was a slight delay due to Covid, Tyler was in constant contact to keep me updated on the status of my order. The customer service was honest and reliable. Would highly recommend if you are after a quality desk and great customer service.
