While the tour as such was very well organized, the hotel accommodation (Admiral Plaza) was a horrible experience. I wonder why you keep this hotel in your list of acceptable hotels.

Our trip to Sri Lanka was awesome. The provided van was very good and the whole group could travel together in comfort. The chauffeur was very knowledgeable, and friendly ensuring everyone had a good time. The entire Itinerary was completed. All the 3 hotels were really nice. Overall the trip was excellent and we all had a wonderful vacation.
