Made two separate orders, both were wrong. One had women’s stick and by the time I got it the one I actually purchased as out of stock. Similarly, my second purchase the next day came a week later without the defensive stick I purchased. When I called the service person they told me the stick had sold out. By that time it was too close to Christmas so basically it ruined Christmas. Total service fail…
