We bought a bracelet when in the store in Pinehurst. The owner was very nice and helpful. When we got home and my wife wore the bracelet a few times, she noticed a stone came out and was gone. They were great! Very nice about everything and replaced the bracelet for us with no issues. Very nice looking product and exceptional service and very nice to work with. We will buy more in the future and I can not express how nice it is to deal with a no pressure sale then have exceptional service after the sale. Wouldn't it be nice if every place you deal with worked this well.
