I ordered a 15000 BTU A/C which was duly delivered, only to find the fiberglass tray had a 3" crack in it.I refused to accept it and one week another arrived with multiple fractures of the tray.Again I refused to accept the A/C. About 4 days later an undamaged A/C arrived delivered by FedEx.It appeared that the first two deliveries that other pallets were loaded on top of the A/C. Thank you to RV Products for not hang me out to dry but stood by the stuff till I received an undamaged A/C

Ordered a mach15 air conditioner at a good price, had it delivered and when I opened box found back side of condenser damaged as well as evaporator side plate smashed in. I was able to swap parts from old one and get unit installed .

We purchased a Refurbished AC form RV products and it was seriously like new!! It was super easy to install and sealed right up and pumped out cooler air then the A/C we had before even when we purchased it new. The newer model and technology associated with it is amazing.

This works really well for temperatures around 40 degrees F. I will wake up sweating sometimes when it’s 50 degrees outside, so definitely effective. It took about 15 minutes to install.
