I placed an order on 25th Jan 2024, which is more than a week ago, and there is no update on the package. Contacted customer service, the landline is disconnected. I have enquired both online and via email, no response, but funds have been processed by the bank. Cannot find refund application on the website as well. This business is questionable.

I purchase from 22/11/2021 and untel now I didn’t get my package and it’s still in the airport and there is no answer from your customer service I send to many email but still no answer I didn’t like that
