I needed bigger CTs for my TED Home Pro installation and incorrect ones were shipped. Although the technical staff were not able to help me at first, they did credit me for the incorrect CTs. I was able to get the proper ones after doing a bit of research of my own.

Good store service - poor courier performance
I'm fully satisfied with online store service. Performance of courier (Loomis Express) was very poor. Shipment reached its destination warehouse on Jan. 26 according to schedule. Loomis attempted first delivery on Jan. 30.and I was unavailable. They attempted second time 2 days later on Feb. 1. I was home all day but apparently driver was unable to handle the intercom (I live in the condo) and he flagged "Customer unavailable". I had to pick up the package personally from Loomis warehouse next day.
