Pet Grooming? Failure to keep appointment
Can't review groomer because she cancelled my 2:00 pm appointment for today at 1:24 today. Great, I'm sitting in traffic less than 5 minutes from her and she calls me to cancel 26 minutes before I"m due there? Veeeery professional. Petsense shall never get another chance and shall never make another dime off me.

Grooming
I have had a hard time finding good groomers. One of my dogs ,Harley loves everyone and everything. I also have Sheldon, my yorkie who's a very timid scared of everything baby. Rachel introduced us to the $11 baths on Sunday. So I tried. She was amazing and my dogs loved her. Now Harley had been groomed before and loves it. Sheldon on the other hand had serious problems previously so I had been very weary who I took him to. I scheduled a appointment here. The appointment was with Phyllis a new groomer and Sheldon coming here..oh no. Well she looked extremely nervous when I picked him up she said he did well. I don't know if I believed her cause I know my dog. But all in all she did WONDERFUL WITH HIM! Next I have a yorkie pup, charmer. He's getting g a first puppy cut..... Scary but Whitney was the one who did his groom. She did great as well. I am impressed greatly with these 3 ladies and will keep going back! Sheldon will be seeing Whitney for a groom this Sunday. Hope it goes well.

Today, I began by calling for a grooming appointment the person I spoke with was extremely friendly and got my pet in right away. I took her for her appointment and again extremely friendly upon arrival with both myself and my pet (who pees when she's excited and peed more than once on their floor). The place was clean, and not overwhelming with tons of animals. Within an hour she was ready cut perfectly and smelt wonderful! All for $45.00, previously I used PetSmart who was $43.00 but my pet was never too thrilled to be left there and it once took 5 hours for her to be done. PetSmart has too many animals in their grooming area which is also too small for more than one pet owner at a time. If you live in Rio Rancho I'd definitely recommend switching to Petsense for your grooming needs.
