The service was great, they sent out a sample mug so we could check the colours which arrived 2 days later. never ordered mugs online - actually never order much stuff online. the mugs came as ordered within 2 weeks, just like they said they would. the artwork EXACTLY as I got in a pre-order artwork email and the same on the cups.
