Easy to find the parts I needed and just as easy to order them. I was kept informed of my order status via email, and delivery was faster than I expected.

I have no problem with the original part itself, but the packaging was SHOCKINGLY bad. The long skinny box it was packed it in arrived in two pieces, with half the strut hanging out. I am not exaggerating, the box was literally been split into two separate halves. I have no idea how a company that ships heavy metal car parts can use boxes made from the cheap flimsy paper-like cardboard that dollar stores items are shipped in. Unbelievable.

Like many places they listed a part i needed, I ordered the part, &and a few hrs later I get an email saying it's discontinued and ymthe order was canceled. Where they shine was that they were able to tell me "there isn't one available in the country BUT we can order it straight from Japan and have it in about 4 months" I had the go ahead and order it and it was on my doorstep just 5 weeks later.
