I bought my original Mexican sim on Amazon and it worked great. Then I renewed a plan for a 2nd year and all went well. Sofia is great at customer service. Never an issue with coverage in PV. Make vacationing in Mexico more enjoyable. A great service rather than paying Telus roaming rates in Mexico!

I was very pleased with the performance of the SIM card while in Mexico and especially with the service from Mexicosimcard.com. Sophia always gave prompt, courteous and helpful answers to my email queries. On the original order there was a delivery problem caused by the post office but she nicely did an expedited delivery which got me the SIM card in time before I left. Great service!

I've used this service twice this year, once in Huatulco and the other Puerto Vallarta. Cell signal's were always strong and setup was simple, minor hiccup because I didn't follow directions but easily corrected. Definitely recommend this service.

I emailed Vincent with a few questions about service and he responded very quickly and helped me with my questions and pointed me to the plan I needed for a travel to Mexico. Every time I have used the SIM flawlessly worked upon arrival and the forwarding phone number is great for those who cannot dial a Mexican phone number without long distance charges, especially older parents who may not be able to understand how to dial an international number. Excellent customer service that is well worth the price as dealing withTelcel while away in Mexico can be a lesson in futility as I have been there. As an American you expect customer service for your issues, not quite the same in Mexico. Please keep that in mind when you purchase your SIM from mexicosimcard.com as you will have great customer service in English and not have to go to a store to wait it out and get essentially no customer service. I have been using this service for 3 years and has worked well and at my last interaction with Vincent he even thanked me for the past 3 years of being a customer. He also will keep your SIM active for a year for a very small fee so you don't have change phone numbers and resend emails to family and friends for the new number. I go to Mexico once a year and so it is work the small fee to keep my phone number. You can't go wrong with this organization.

I had ordered the sim 12 days prior to leaving on my trip - 11 days later I had still not received it (Sim being mailed to Western Canada -- my fellow Canadians I recommend that you order well in advance as Canada Post seems to really drag there heels - or atleast for me they did) I contacted the customer service and they told me they could have a sim waiting for me at the front desk of my resort in Playa Del Carmen! I was due to arrive in less than 24 hours. Sure enough, on check in there it was - delivered and ready to go. Fantastic service. Install was easy and I was able to use my cell ASAP upon entering the sim. Service was just as fast, if not faster than regular cell service at home. Never had any issues or slow service. I was able to easily use email, facebook, snapchat and all the other social media outlets without issue. Got my phone unlocked.. ordered a telcel sim minutes and data. installed the sim in my phone on the plane. Arrived in Cabo turned it on everything worked great. Had a question for Vincent he got back to me within 1 hour!!! Thank you Vincent will order more in October.

It's the first time I've purchased a SIM card from this website. I traveled to Aguascalientes on July 15, 2014. I ordered a Movistar SIM card. Vincent got in contact with me to let me know that they were out of Movistar cards but that they would get more and could send it to my destination in Aguascalientes. Sure enough the SIM card was waiting for me at my destination, no problems, everything worked, phone, SMS, and Data (internet).

On my recent trip to the jungles of Alta Vista, Mexico, I used the USB data package for my laptop. I couldn't have asked for a better product--and the service from both Vincent and Noah was beyond awesome! As a working scientist, this product was my only source of communication with the "outside world", both for the project and for any emergencies. Customer service responded and re-filled my request by text within 20 minutes of me sending it. My only recommendation is that in an extreme working situation like mine, I would order 2 so I could interchange them if one ran out.
