Excellent Service and product
Bought a new day sack for my partner purely and simply because mine is so good. The quality and finish of the back packs is excellent and the design of the airflow channels actually works, unlike others! I've not had the need to use the rain cover yet but I have no qualms so far!

Delivery was a disaster
The rucsac is excellent. However, delivery was a series of disasters. First day DPD ignored my instructions to leave it in the porch, though its clearly registered on their website. Next day it was marked as 15 minutes away, but it was 5pm and they were 2hrs late already. That suddenly changed to "you requested delivery tomorrow, Friday" - I hadn't, I was still waiting in. Friday it arrived and was left in the porch, finally all OK!

Well designed: especially useful if you have a long back!
Great piece of kit, with more than enough capacity for a lengthy hike. Has an adjustable length/height mechanism and I chose this model partly for capacity, but also because I have a fairly long back. Other models are not as long in the back. This is comfortable to use, has good padding for the waist/hip area and seems to be well constructed with rugged materials. The company/supplier were good to deal with during the purchase, with good communications and reasonable delivery times etc. One can pack a surprising amount of items into the main storage area and all the nooks and crannies. If you get one of these, or a similar model and are just beginning the whole hiking thing, it isn't essential to use every last centilitre of available space - be brutal and don't take unnecessary equipment or too much tucker - it will diminish the joy of the expedition :)

Great sized bag. Fits all that I need!!
Living my new bag. It fits my all my work gear plus my gym kit and shoes plus extra. I have lots of comments admiring it. It’s really robust and has a good number of pockets for separating my gear up. My favourite pocket is the small top one for easy access to keys and purse. Also love the bottle holders of which there are two and that they are not too tight to get the bottle in and out without taking it off your back!!
