The site is not only easy to navigate, but goes into great detail of the products they sell and much more. The "No Worries Guarantee" is just that and they stand behind it all the way. In my ordering I talked with both Barry and Mark who were extremely helpful and courteous in an exchange that I needed to make. The exchange was painless and not the fault of LA Outback's product but of my own choice in what I felt comfortable with.
