Stealing, false advertising, no response
If I could give zero stars, I would. On February 20,2025 I ordered the Kennedy Jumpsuit and paid for expedited shipping. I needed this for an event on February 27, 2025. By February 24, 2025, I realized I had not rectangle single notification as to shipping. At each opportunity I checked the status and it just showed my order sitting there. I sent a message using the site and someone responded in February 27, 2025 asking if I wanted the item. I saw that message several days later and told them no please just refund. My order number 4530 never shipped and they never refunded. I emailed at least two more times AND called and left a message regarding my refund. NO RESPONSE period. I have now filed a complaint through PayPal, as this is how I paid. Hopefully I get help there. If not, next stop will be the federal regulator. Please please please guys read the reviews before purchasing from this company. If I had read the reviews I would have kept moving. There are so many other people on here like that I now believe this company is simply stealing money. This is sad because I am trying hard to focus my money on smaller businesses rather than the large businesses. Not gonna allow this to deter me. I just won’t be shopping here nor providing a reference for anyone to shop at this business.

OMG. I never read the reviews posted here. I believe I may be experiencing what so many have experienced. I ordered an outfit on 2/20/25 and paid for expedited shipping. Confirmation was sent to me but total silence since then. I’ve reached out to the company twice using their contact information and NO response.

40th Anniversary / Retirement Celebration
I purchased this dress for a party we had our 40th anniversary / retirement for my husband. At first I was reluctant to order from a site that I found on social media but I decided to take chance and order. It took a little while to receive due to an issue that the store owner had but when I emailed she quickly responded and for the dress to me as promised and it looked exactly as it was pictured on the site. I got so many compliments on the dress. I was EXTREMELY PLEASED! It was a little more than I had seen from other sites but worth the price to make sure it was a quality dress and it was very well made! I was glad I chose Kois Kloset.
