We have had this collar a short time now however we have followed the instructions provided and it has been very effective. Would recommend. Also great help on the phone when making our initial enquiries.

Having not used one before, I found this trainer simple to operate straight out of the box. Having both remote and collar rechargeable is great - NO batteries. Would prefer a belt clip to the lanyard supplied on this model. Jason Ross at K9 Control provided a timely and appropriate level of service and excellent communication on the delivery timeline. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great product, very well made. The ergonomics of the remote are very good. The optional long prongs were a nice addition to get through his base coat and ensure a consistent contact point. This ended up being stronger than I needed for my 20kg blue heeler but was effective on the lowest settings (1,2,3 on medium mode – this model has no low mode). Trying it on my own skin, the medium 1 was definitely noticeable and unpleasant, I would not even think of engaging high mode (effectively levels 8-14) for him. If I were to buy again I would buy the 425E model which has low-medium mode rather than the medium-high modes of this 425S.

I was unsure whether this would work on our very enthusiastic dog (retrodoodle) who barks lots as people pass our property but it absolutely does the trick! Would highly recommend

We have a jack russell cross who continually barked and ran at anything that moved. We feared he would nip someone.Two days of wearing his collar on the progressive level and he is a changed dog. The barking has stopped. His anxiety level is lower which makes him a safer happier dog. Highly recommended.

The remote trainer is everything you said it would be...easy to use, and really effective. I only have to use Level 1 to get a good response from my Schnauzer, and hopefully he will get to the point where the collar is no longer necessary. Your service and delivery were excellent....A very happy customer.

In all honesty I was a cynic but totally desperate to find a result ..my 2 spoodles just would not stop barking..with these collars I finally have results. My advise, go straight to this option if u have problems!! Dont waste time and money elsewhere.
