hard to get items delivered and site changes your info - be careful !!

Not sure what to think… devices drain pods while not in use or the pods leak excessively. Quality has gone down the drain.

I gave a 3 because I had quite a few pods leak from both ends of the pod in my last shipment

Delivery has improved to a point. Wish delivery would leave a way to contact if you miss delivery.

Using the auto-ship made my life very easy and JUUL is the best. Easy to buy, easy to manage the auto-ship orders, easy to receive. And the quality of the product doesn't need any remarks. It's simply the best (Menthol).

I love your products!

Wish that shipping would let you know when the item will be delivered so you could be home to sign for it. That's the only downfall to signing up for the auto ship.
