This is my 2nd Wardian case terrarium from H. Potter and again I could not be more pleased. It is well crafted and a beautiful addition to my home. It will be wonderful to see my plants maturing and thriving in their new home. AAAAA+++++ for their products and customer service.

I recently received my terrarium... And Im in love with it!!!! It came in 3 business days, well packaged, safe and sound. I was amazed at the quality & how well the terrarium is made. The details, quality of the glass and metal are top notch. I will be ordering more for gifts in the near future.

The planters were as described (beautiful) and the customer service is amazing! I had a problem with receiving a planter damaged and they replaced it without question! I contacted them at 8:30PM on a Sat. night and they responded promptly and with full consideration and service. My replacement planter arrived on Tuesday, just as they promised! This is a great company and the planters are as described - they are beautiful!

They sent one window box to see 'how it worked' and held the other six until we gave them the heads up to send. Worked with us every step of the way. Product was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Love these guys!

This trellis is beyond beautiful and the picture on Amazon doesn't do it justice. I have ordered two more because it has enhanced my yard so much! I had to contact the owner directly as Amazon showed no stock, not only did the owner answer his own phone directly, he released the only two he was holding. Great customer service!!

We were not sure if the boxes would fit into the current configuration. Jerry held 5 of the 6 boxes ordered while he sent one to evaluaate. Talked to us, let us know what the deal was and could not have been more service oriented. The boxes are beautiful, they fit great and the onlky sad thing is we're painting the house so will not be able to put up and plant until next SPRING!

They are gorgeous and are high quality. Jerry could not have been more helpful and held five of the six pots until we tried them and validated they would work in the old spot. Great merchandise, great company

We placed our order on a Saturday evening and received it on Tuesday. It was well packaged, and when we removed it from the box, we were immediately glad that we decided to purchase this trellis. It is extremely well made and very sturdy and heavy. The craftsmanship is amazing, and it is absolutely beautiful in our yard. I highly recommend this trellis - it is well worth the money!
