Your subscription rates are too high for the service you would be providing. One must be a very motivated birder and/or well padded in the pocket book. Let me know should you decide to cut your subscription by at least 50%. I may then consider.

Once we got my camera replaced and set up, everything has been great! Customer service was responsive and helped make the process smooth. The camera works exactly as expected now — sharp image quality and reliable performance. Very happy with the outcome!
