After many hours of researching spa manufactures, including visits to various spa stores in the Scottsdale area, our decision to buy from Bullfrog proved to be fantastic! To begin with, I have been to the factory store several times since placing our order for our spa and every employee I talked with has been extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product. I have never left the store without a correct answer. The companies attention to detail is also great. The spa delivery went without a glitch. Also, I have had my product 3 months and it is super easy to maintain and work’s perfectly!!

The wait was worth it. Model A5L. Ordered April 29, delivered Novemer 24th (2 stars). Great customer service (5 stars) on delivery updates. Perfect size for 2. Good for 3 if your friends. 4 if really good friends. Meant to get one in 2010. Why'd I wait?
