I ordered a part 2 weeks ago, but no part received so far. I emailed many times, no response. Called the 203 phone number many times, no body answers and no response. I think it is a scam and will report it to local authority.

Brand new o2 sensors for 2019 chevy traverse. Installed them and CEL went away.

Ordered the wrong part on 8/23 it is now 9/25 and have been trying to return it since the day I received it. I have emailed the return email and the general email. I called today so maybe they will actually reply. Shipping was fast but so far customer service has been terrible.

Part is perfect

I ordered a part from them and because of a very small and not very clear picture, AND a poor description it wasn't what I needed. My fault, and less than $50, but I wanted to return it. It's not possible to speak to a person by phone, but you can leave a message. I've left 3 with no response. There is a website that you're supposed to be able to use. I put in all of the information they wanted and again no response. Maybe their parts are good, and for whatever reason I've never bought from them before. I buy sometimes hundreds of dollars a month and sometimes more than that, but never from this company again!!!

You sold me a defective part and now you're just ignoring me. I have emailed twice and called twice and I'm just getting the run around. Either send me a shipping label so I can return it for a credit or credit my credit card back the money for the part.

Tried for 2 weeks to contact them web site would not except emails phone would go to an answering machine roughly 20 times still trying to return the part. Torque converter which does not fit my transmission very disappointed

The company's phone goes right to voicemail and they do not return calls. the only email that went through was for placing the order. since then, using their provided email address, have not, according to my computer, received any emails sent. I have tried multiple times, with no good results

I placed an order on August 3, 2024 and haven't received the items even though I received a notification the items had shipped. I have left four voice messages and sent emails with no response. I will have to work with credit card company to dispute the charges.

I did not receive my new customer 20% discount on my first purchase .. This was done intentionally .. I called the company listed phone number a few times and left detailed messages regarding the discount and still did not receive my discount, not even a RETURN phone call from the company or any of its agents .. I would not buy from or trust this company .. As you can see they are false advertising and not honoring any discounts .. NOT satisfied ..

Terrible from the start. I didn’t receive a confirmation email (checked spam also and I did finally get a shipping notification). I tried to get in touch through all forms of communication even though I didn’t have an order number. The email was undeliverable and the I never received an answer on the phone after many many attempts. I had to order the part from a different company. After assuming the company was a scam I did receive the part after like 12 days well after I had the new one installed already. Now I can’t reach anyone for a refund. Filed with credit card. I’m sure this is also why they say they have a restocking fee also because so many items get returned. It was a great price… Don’t do it if you rely on that vehicle.

The park does not fit my car I have call the number provided at the bottom of the email and left a message. And I also have emailed support concerning the return of my alternator because it does not fit my car
