My husband bought the family of three for me when I had my daughter. The head of the father fell off after 2 months. It sat on a shelf untouched and we were sitting there one day and the head just fell off the neck. When I contacted customer service they said there was nothing they could do. I was so disappointed that it was such a a low quality sculpture for so much money.

I’ve got 2 pieces today, they are amazing. customer service is very helpful as well.

After ordering a base plate that I had personalised I realised that I had actually spelt the name wrong! After contacting customer service a lovely lady called Jenny saved the day and got a replacement ordered a new plaque with the correct spelling for me. I received it the very next day! Customer service is excellent and replayed to my emails within an half an hour. I can’t thank you enough Jenny. One very happy and grateful customer ********** 10 stars from me

I bought mine as I thought of decorating my work desk but after receiving it the little figurine exuded love and compassion so I thought that a better place would be offering the flowers to my late husband so placed it on the mantelpiece and fits perfectly Thanks so much for your art ♥️

I purchased a beautiful figurine for my Mum’s birthday, ordered with more than enough time for this to arrive - it was part of a gift of 3 from another sibling and my auntie. I now do not have anything to give my mum on her birthday. I have not been notified of any shipment or been kept up to date with the process of my order. I am so disappointed as I have been using Willow Tree for years. I am gutted as I wanted to make this a special birthday gift as we had all thought ahead and purchased these products. It stated that these would arrive in 3-5 working days. Really disappointed and won’t be using their online derives again as the update process has been ooor.
