When I found this rub had EO in them, arnica and CBD I determined this combination could be a real benefit over chemical drugs or creams to help with painful joints and muscles. Since my first purchase six months ago I've learned a little goes a long way. A small popsicle like crafting stick fits perfectly inside the tin and makes a perfect scraping tool then applicator. I find a little scraped up brings hours of relief and sometimes day long comfort depending on the location. Hardworking hands swollen and stiff in the morning are back to work in no time.
