The production speed is slow, purchased windows and frame at May 2, the original ETA was informed around 3 weeks, but it took around 3 month to receive the order, with one product damaged. Customer service has terrible service. First couple reply always take more than 2 weeks, and later ended up no reply at all. Been trying to use the Live chat multiple times but only one time had a respond. I was told that they will send replacement piece but I never received it.
