We ordered quite a bit of apparel to be screen printed. The order was placed in November and finally received in January. By the time it was finally processed, some of the items we ordered were not available. Some of the shirts did not have name printed on them while some did. We also did not receive an entire order of boys shirts that we did order but by the time we finally got everything, we were so done, we just let it go. We love the Boxercraft apparel but were disappointed in the turnaround time and the quality of the screenprint.

I have been buying Boxercraft for a few years now and it's my #1 spot for blanks for my business!!!!!! They wash and wear beautifully and my customers know that they are getting a quality product when I use a Boxercraft item!!!

I love Boxercraft items. I am always please with my items. My only issue is the delivery time. Takes at least a week to get items.

I will not ever get Boxercraft to do my Custom Printing again. When trying to get my artwork approved, I received 4 separate but exact emails. I responded to every email with the exact same response on both and never received a response. This happened about 4 different times and I could never get a response to my requests. I finally had to call the company and make the request personally. It took an additional two weeks to get my "rush" item because of the lack of communication. When I complained to the sales department and sent an email of complaint to the immediate supervisor, I never received any response. My complaint is obviously not important enough for any kind of response. Because of this experience, I will prefer to pay more at a local screener, than have to deal with the inadequate communication and lack of concern from Boxercraft.

Great products, delivery needs help

We charged $2400.00 on our credit card to prepay an order. We have asked 2 times to get an invoice for our records.....is there a problem? We also did not receive a confirmation of the payment????? Please advise

My orders do not always ship the same day the order was placed and rarely have the correct quantities orders. Inventory displayed on the website is not always accurate either and that have caused several short shipments and backorders.
